I have a 2bed house in sheerness flooring decorated throughout with a large driveway could fit 3 cars, there is a front grasses area that could also be made into extra parking, side access to the rear garden with half grass area and patio area. We had a new kitchen fitted 2017 and bathroom 2019 (i think) and patio door fitted summer 2023 with upgraded security 4point locking.
