We have a 2 bedroom converted house it has been ade into two flat we are top flat with our own ground floor own front door we also have a 45ft private garden all neighbours are lovely but keep to themselves area is quiet most are older people our home is about 10 mins from Romford or 5 mins to oxlow lane so you only mins from two town that have all you need great transport links shops school pub doctor dentist all only a few mins away our garden backs onto eastbrook end country park and Central Park and the chase which is a nature reserve park great for a bit of fishing and walks ……we are looking for a 1/2 bedroom with garden ground floor cos we have a dog we will consider any area but it has to be near the sea
