We have on offer a 2 double bed 1st floor property, and in the process of decorating. We are located near a number of amenities, and close to Barclay Park. There is plenty of community spirit, and there are often bbqs for all to be involved. Like many others we are in a 1st floor flat with 2 children a girl of 11 and a boy of 7, both desperately wanting their own room and a garden of their own!! The communal areas consist of a washing like area, your own personal shed and plenty of grass area around the back. We were let down with a mutual exchange that we were holding on for to only be told they didn’t want to stay in the borough after all. This has had a detrimental affect on our 2 children, so only serious swappers please!!
