My flats in Shoeburyness in Southend on sea Flats features *Double glazing *pets allowed *Central heating*own drying room *Fire proofed front door *security door *All security features on front door * Own drying room for laundry *Electric gas property *free Car park but no set spot.*rubbish pick up near car park ours left near the block. * Fire alarms in hallway and living area * Buzzer and buzzer phone *no lift or balcony *First floor flat *large bedroom no built in wardrobes but can hold large bedroom set. *Massive living room lots of space for furniture and dining room set*recently decorated throughout and 3 rooms recently replastered due to walls getting a bit of wear and tear. *Lots of cupboard space *local shops 24 supermarket,takeaways and doctors nurseries,schools library 2 train stations and bus stops within walking dustance*no carpet just hard floor and no sound proofing so general noise can be heard.*lots of friendly neighbours and nice place to live. *Lots of natural light
