My house over looks the harbour and is next to the sandy beach in Folkestone. Second floor-The master bedroom is very big and has 2 large storage cupboards, the 2nd bedroom is a good sized double room and the 3rd room is the smallest but has more than enough room for a bed and furniture still. There’s a small bathroom with a sink and toilet and The hatch to the attic is in the smallest bedroom and is the size of the second floor so could be converted! Ground floor- A good size front room with an under stairs cupboard. Big kitchen and a garden that has a walk way down side of the house for myself and my neighbor only. There are only 7 houses in my road and every single one of my neighbours is lovely! Also parking right outside of the house but you need a permit which is only £30 for the year but you are able to get a place right outside and most the neighbours have cameras.
