I have a 3yr old housing association bungalow. Just 6 here & it's on a private estate. Open plan lounge/kitchen which is large. 2 double bedrooms, bathroom with bath & separate shower. Good size garden. Great neighbours & the area is lovely, close to small towns & cities. I only want to move as I want to be near the Coast. I would consider 1 bedroom as long as the place is spacious. Must have a secure good sized garden as I have 2 dogs. I would prefer 2 beds & I would prefer a new'ish build & it must be in a good area with good neighbours (as mine is) I do like Quiet &/or Bohemian type places 😊 MUST BE COASTAL as that is my Only reason to move. All areas Considered.
