I have a 3 bedroom property located in Southgate Crawley, all bedrooms are double bedrooms, I have a decent size upstairs bathroom and a downstairs toilet. I have a normal size front room with a separate dining room which I currently use as a bedroom. The kitchen is on the smaller side. I have 4 large storage cupboards 2 downstairs and 2 upstairs, and storage space under the stairs. I have a garage attached to the garden and a private parking space. Front and back gardens both good sizes, Astro turf in the back on one level of the garden, then there’s decking and stones on another level. Stairs going up to the garage and an entrance through the back gate to the garden from the private parking space, there’s also a car park outside the front of the house for further parking if needed. A primary school is located 1 min away, there’s a bus stop outside the house and the town centre is a 15 minute walk away aswell as a train station.
