We have a fabulous 3 Bedroom house with garden and our own residents parking that we wish to exchange for a 2 or 3 bedroom house or bungalow in the Thorpe Willoughby area. Our house is a Housing Association house but managed by York City Council who are great for any rare repairs needed. Easingwold is a fabulous small market town and the street we live on is incredibly friendly and welcoming. Our house has 2 larger bedrooms and one smaller bedroom, recently installed new bathroom with very attractive wet walling. A lovely house with great neighbours in a fabulous small town.
