My property is a small 3 bedroom house that dose need some work so would need a little money spent on it, it has got a largish back yard which I had block paved and fenced of but again needs some working on to get it looking nice, the front is fenced with a small grasses area, lovely surrounding people and area with all major amenities, schools buss stops shops ext.
