2 bed end of terrace house -Witham. Lounge is a good size and leads on to the dinning room which is parted off with an arch way that would fit 2 standard sized doors if you wanted to separate the 2 rooms. Two double rooms, one of which is very big. This bedroom currently has a queen sized bed in it and there is still plenty of floor space left over. This room could easily be spilt into 2 rooms which a few of the neighbours have done. Kitchen is a nice size and leads into the garden. Back Garden is a sun trap in the summer. Brick shed and fenced off area which I use to store bins/recycling. There is a small car park at the front and a larger one at the back of the property. All neighbours are really friendly, always happy to help and I will be sad to leave them behind. Grass verge at the front and side of the house as well as the large fields that lead down to the local park. Close to large fields, park, and local shop. 20 minute walk to town.
