I have a 2 bedroom one is a very large room so the one medium size on the ground floor with 3 more flats above me with a balcony. A secure block door before you own front door .. large green area just outside. Medium size kitchen. Toilet and bathroom in one. Close to many schools nursery/juniors and secondary bus stops close by and tunes only 10 mins away. Shops close by too .
