Large Garden, It wraps around the house on 3 sides, perfect for kids as it is secure, there is parking on the street directly outside the house and room for a drive if you wanted to apply for a dropped kerb, I have never had a problem parking outside the house. The house is set back from the road and surrounded by mature hedges and a fence. Local shops and a few minutes walk from Devizes town, close to primary & secondary schools. The house has 3 Bedrooms 2 Double and a box room which I have fitted a double bed in with other furniture, there is an outhouse which is connected to the house with electricity. Belfast type sink, plumbing for a washing machine and there is a toilet, I keep a fridge freezer, washing machine and dryer in there, it also has another space for storage. The bathroom is due for replacement in 2024, which I have had confirmed & the asbestos survey has been done. Looking for Outskirts of Swindon, Village or Market Town
