Hi I'm looking for a houseswap from my lovely home, I've been here 21 years now and feel it's time to move to a less busy area as I'm getting into my later years now, my home has 3 large bedrooms, kitchen/diner, large living room which I have 2 full lengh sofas and a chair and still plenty of room, both front and back gardens have been done to a really good standard and low maintenance, I have had a wet room fitted in place of a bath, and grab rails and q bed frame as I was awaiting spinal injections...I no longer need these adaptions unless you do then I assume the local housing will allow them to stay, on road parking, large kitchen/diner at back of house, everything you need on your doorstep, primary and secondary schools 5 minutes walk, shops, bus routes, doctors, dentists and hospital around 15 mins walk, sad to leave as I've had lots of happy memories here but I no longer need the facilties that the area boasts, so therefore looking for a quieter and slower pace of life.
