I would consider any property on ground floor or any that has a lift. Due to having health issues I find it difficult living here, apart from that I love the flat, it’s very big for a 1 bedroom , there are 2 windows just in the bedroom. It’s has a large living space with 3 windows and a nice size kitchen open plan with living space. Bathroom has power shower, bath toilet and sink also a frosted window. There are 2 hall ways to this flat, a small hall way once entering the front door, this is we’re you can have a shoe rack and cloak hanger, then a door to the main hall way were the living room is straight ahead and the bedroom and bathroom are opposite to each other halfway along the hallway. Gas central heating, double glazed multi lock front door, free parking, shops and chemist next door, 5 mins walk to Walthamstow market, 10mins to Walthamstow Central station. Any offers in any area considered as long theirs a lift or ground floor.
