We have a 3 bedroom house with a very large back garden and good sized front garden. We have spent a lot of money having the outside of the house painted to make it look better, the kitchen is a good size that fits a table in easy. Downstairs is laminate flooring and carpet upstairs, all clean and tidy, no work would need doing. We have 4 storage rooms including the downstairs toilet. All new windows round the house..... The reason we want to move is to have a smaller garden as this is getting too much for us, this house would be perfect for a family as the kids would have loads of space to play outside. We want to stay in this part of Sedgley due to watching the grandchildren,. We are literally 3 min walk into the town ,
