I have 1bed sheltered flat on the first floor there is a lift available. Wheelchair accessible, wet room, wide doors. The building has security doors with fob entrance and security cameras inside and outside. Over 55s age restrictions, pets allowed. Communal car park and communal garden, there is a secure mobility scooters, outside bin cupboard. My flat has living room with kitchen attached, lots of windows letting in plenty of light. It has underfloor heating. The town is within walking distance, bus station close by. I am after a 1bed bungalow in and around Duston Northampton must allow pets, no steps as I have balance issues.
