2 bedroom house, was brand new on private estate when we moved in. In a terrace of four houses. Open plan downstairs with utility room and downstairs toilet. Main bedroom is large but second bedroom has room for double bed with two windows in this bedroom. Garden is reasonable size with good size shed. We have artificial grass so garden really manageable. We have a community centre at the back of the house with cafe, library and lots of different amenities going on plus a child’s nursery. We are on a bus route to Northampton and Kettering.The village has 3 pubs and a working mens club, a local co-op and post office, 2 shops and a fish and chip shop and a Dr’s surgery. We are looking for house/ bungalow in Cleveleys/ Blackpool area 2 bedrooms.
