I have a 2bed council house with RTB in Pyrland fields , very top end of cheddon road /farm view area .This is a new build house in a mainly privately owned small housing estate .The house comes with 2 allocated parking spaces . Upstairs has 2 large bedrooms which will both fit king size bed and furniture.Nice family bathroom with bath/shower /toilet. Downstairs is OPEN PLANNED . Kitchen/lounge .The kitchen is modern , with grey units and built in hob/oven/extractor fan. The lounge is separated by the breakfast bar . The lounge has a under stairs storage cupboard, and there is a downstairs toilet . There are patio doors in the lounge which open onto the garden . The garden has a lawn and small patio , there is also outside electric points for lights , and electric in the shed which is where my tumble dryer is . We have upgraded the Wi-Fi to faster speed . The house is painted white throughout , there is grey laminate flooring throughout downstairs, and carpet in bedrooms/landing/stairs
