Thanks for looking at my flat. The flat is useful for the elderly, wheelchair, disabled people and small families, and anyone who wants to downsize from large to small accommodation purposes or works in London and would like to relocate. The flat is on the 12th floor each floor has four apartments. The flat needs a total refurbishment starting from the Passage, Shower room, Toilet, Kitchen, Front Living room, Storage rooms and last of all both bedrooms a third bedroom has been temporarily built to accommodate for my elder son, but once new tenants move in will have to be demolished due to council rules and regulations. Once the tenant is ready for viewing its best if the tenant comes down themselves to investigate the property or will do live call's however not all is 100%. The building was refurbished back in 2017 exterior and interior of the building only. The flat needs refurbishment shower room has been refurbished if you need more information plz DM me thx
