lovely large three bedroom house. All rooms fit a double bed in with room to spare. smallest room is around 6ft by 10ft. there is a bathroom upstairs, tiled floor and a downstairs toilet. downstairs is a massive lounge and a small kitchen. when i have time I will amend and take measurements. Average garden, we have made a 3mtr x 3 mtr conservatory and next to that is a 10ft x 6ft shed and there is still room at the end of the garden.
