I have a small 3 bed council house on a main road near seaview in parkstone bh12 area .... it had a downstairs bathroom no upstairs toilet facilities just 3 bedrooms .... huge back garden small front garden with off road parking for 1 car ..... this house is in need of some decorating and new flooring as in the past year it has had walls replastered etc ... and it's a slow process trying to get it done lol ...this property also has rtb ..
