I currently have a semi detached house in a quiet area of Southsea. We have 3 bedrooms, an upstairs bathroom, a cupboard under the stairs, a separate Dining room and living room. Dining Room has an archway rather than a door leading into the kitchen. There is also a small cupboard in the dining room which I think may have previously been a downstairs toilet. We have a large back garden which is fenced off with a fence and gate at the side of the house and large front garden. I am looking for a minimum of a 4 bedroom house but we actually qualify for a 5 bedroom house. We currently have my almost 3 year old son still sleeping in mum & Dad's room as he is the youngest of 5 children. My eldest daughter has just been diagnosed as special needs with Autism and ADHD amongst extra complex needs and absolutely needs to have a room of her own, and I have two other daughters sharing with a big age gap. We live currently in a lovely quiet area, the house is literally just too small for us.
