small 3 Bed house in rural location, 3 miles from Hythe, Very quiet, friendly neighbours. good size back garden and smaller front, on street parking. My property has 2 medium sized bedrooms, one with fitted wardrobes and a box room which fits a double bed. i have a non council fitted kitchen with induction hob and built in oven, lounge with under stair cupboard, small utility room and downstairs toilet plus french doors leading to garden. i have a porch, bathroom with power shower over bath. All windows fitted with blinds. looking for 3 bed house/bungalow only, in east sussex, mainly Rye or Tenterden and surrounding area, happy to do multi swap if need be. i would love a separate dining room but not essential. i need a drive due to mobility issues.
