Windows are double glazed and a great sized. Very bright and spacious flat recently painted all white. Neighbours are all very nice and elderly. Lots of storage space and very clean close. Across the road is the woodside doctors surgery and the area is very convient for local amenities. Lots of convenient stories, lidl and a tesco express and a tesco extra within 5 minute drive. Dunard primary school also 5 minutes. Very quiet area.
