I live in a warden controlled ground floor flat with a back yard shed and tiny area for plants. Looking out of the bedroom window shows the above. The shed is fitted with electrics for those people who have a mobility scooter. Looking out of the lounge window it is for the most part it is a very quiet area. There are a lot of older people who live locally and if you enjoy peace and quiet then this could be for you. Like most flat's we have the entry buzzer and telephone on the wall. On entering the property you find yourself in a timy hall, to the left is the kitchen and the bathroom is to the right. Straight ahead is the lounge with the bedroom off to the left. Very close to the local shopping centre and only a few minutes walk. Same for the local bus routes a minimum of 10 minutes walk for buses to He mpstead Hertfordshire with links to other areas Bathroom has a walk in shower. But no bath. My current home is nicely decorated and is clean through out.
