I hava larger than average 3bed end of terrace home with lots of space. My home is in immaculate condition. We have two double bedrooms and one small bedroom which has a built in wardrobe and can fit a small double bed in and units. We have a larger than average family bathroom which also has a door leading into the main bedroom. There is a spacious kitchen which has a 3 year old modern kitchen fitted with integrated appliances including, dishwasher, washing machine, induction hob, microwave and oven. We have a large lounge which leads onto the dining room. Our downstairs WC use to be a wet room and can be easily converted back. We have fitted this with a new modern toilet and sink unit. The garden is a reasonable size and has not long been recently paved with a new patio and decking area. We have a spacious shed attached to the side of house which has electric and plenty of storage space. A lovely family home.
