We moved in to this brand new property April 2020, it has viynl laid through-out the bottom, it came like this. It has a large modern kitchen with lights underneath the cupboards, a decent sized living room with patio doors that open to the very generous sized garden and not forgetting the downstairs toilet! It has wide doors and rooms enabled for wheelchair access. Parking is shared underneath a car port, you have two spaces next to the property and a back gate to access the garden. Upstairs consists of 1 master bedroom, 1 double sized bedroom and a single room which is big enough for a child or young adult. A good sized bathroom with power shower that is not electric, so it's pretty good! We are in the process of doing up the house since being here two years, it needs some updating ect. However, if we are moving, we have chosen to pause that idea for now! Newly decorated living room with beige/mushroom/stone colours, white hallways.
