We have a beautiful large semi-detached oil heated 2 bedroom house, large double front bedroom, smaller back bedroom. With an upstairs bathroom, including shower over bath, large kitchen which includes a pantry the kitchen leads to conservatory and large secure back garden including a greenhouse, and a double brick shed and a small wooden shed which we will be leaving here, the garden continues around the side of the house. Pets allowed. The whole house and conservatory is double glazed. We have recently decorated. We are in a gorgeous and quiet rural area with amazing views, we have private parking for 3 cars. There is a pub and primary school in the village, we are 3 miles from fakenham town centre.
