I have a beautiful new build two bedroom flat with BCHA in Bournemouth area, the property was built in 2015 and is a block of 6 flats, the flat is very spacious and decorated nicely and up to date. It has been very well looked after. The neighbours are lovely and it’s very children friendly, close to a number of good schools and a row of convenient shops opposite the property. It is on the second floor and the has a Juliette balcony in the lounge and also in the biggest bedroom which also has built in double wardrobe. It’s laminate flooring throughout the whole property and the maintenance has been up to date throughout my 3years here. Bcha have always been very helpful and quick at any maintenance that needs doing. The property has a large car park at the front and a huge communial garden with washing lines. They regularly check the boiler, smoke alarms etc. I am looking for either a small house with two bedrooms or another nice spacious two bedroom flat. Preferably with garden area.
