New build, 2 bedroom. Not even 2 years old! I haven’t decorated (apart from the living room) or put anything on the walls yet. So it’s a blank canvas, as you can see. The carpet also still looks brand new. I have really looked after it. The gas is incredibly cheap as it retains heat so well, I only ever have to put my heating on for 10 minutes every few days and since I have lived here, the temperature inside the flat has never been less than 19c. 2 big bedrooms. The main bedroom is very big with a large storage cupboard. There is also a big storage cupboard in the living room. Although it’s first floor, there isn’t many stairs at all, around the same as a house! The parking is right outside the communal door. The neighbours are so lovely and friendly and I have made some great friends. I’m about 5 minutes walk into town. So close enough to get to but far enough not to be disturbed from the noise. It is a beautiful little town with lots of shops and buses.
