Less than 5 minutes walk to Oulton Broad train station. 1 minute to Normanston Park and a 10 minute walk to Everitts Park and The Broads. Very large South Easterly windows in bedroom and lounge. Well set back from the main road. Not overlooked in any direction. Can see a long way from lounge and bedroom. Lovely neighbours. Large communal gardens and washing lines. Very nice, not council standard shower with a glass surround. The majority of the homes here are privately owned. Reason for swap is having been here for 8 years, I would like a change now, due to a relationship break down. Would swap for a flat but not one with lots of floors. Must be quiet. Preferably rural.
