I AM WANTING A 3 BEDROOM BUNGALOW AREA OF ST CHADS SCHOOL RUNCORN I HAVE A 3 BEDROOM HOUSE ON ST AUSTELL CLOSE,BROOKVALE,RUNCORN WA7 6AN, my house consists of downstairs toilet,large kitchen/diner,under stairs storage cupboard, living room with leads to the big enclosed back garden.Upstairs consists of 2 large long double bedrooms and smaller box room, wet room with sink and toilet, large airing cupboard with combi boiler, attic, outside cupboard where gas and electric meters are also smaller front garden, car park which you can see directly into from the kitchen windows, the street is one of the quietest ones in Brookvale, there is never any trouble what’s so ever, my house is 5 minutes away from the Town Park where the miniature railway runs at the weekends, ski slope etc, shop, community centre, primary and secondary school and bus way about 5 to 10 minute walk away, I want to move urgently as I’m a carer for my 71 year old mum who lives at the side of St Chads school
