1 bed ground floor flat, large lounge and bedroom, 2 storage cupboards in the bedroom, 2 sheds, big green outside the front, small front garden, medium non secure (no gate) back garden, parking, only a block of 4 old style flats, own front door. Bus routes on the estate, train station less than a 10 min walk, aldi and tesco within 5 mins walk. Only need to move as my partner has 3 children, it can get a little crammed on the weekend!
