We have a decent sized 3 bedroom semi detached house in the bengeworth area of Evesham, maintained to a very high standard, we have replaced the bathroom and kitchen also have a conservatory. Decor is decent and up to date. Drive on front of house for two cars with additional off road parking. Back garden is low maintenance. We are looking for a similar property although decor and conservatory not a priority but must have parking or a drive or front garden that can be made into a drive. We would consider downsizing to a two bedroom house, we don’t want a flat or maisonette. Would consider other rural areas but Wickhamford is preferred
