We have a large 3 bed House (one currently divided into 2) in mk2. We live in a lovely street with really lovely neighbours. House has downstairs toilet, large non standard kitchen, large lounge, nice decent sized garden with rear access and all amenities on our doorstep. ( Docs, shops, primary and secondary schools.) A little decorating will be needed throughout but all is structurally sound. Walls in kitchen and hallway have already been stripped for this purpose. Reason for wanting a swap is that we simply just need more space otherwise I would happily stay here. Good neighbours are hard to find.
