I have a 3 bedroom maisonette 2nd and 3rd floor. It’s in a very quiet small block on the corner of the street. There are 5 up and 5 downstairs. Lovely neighbours never had any issues with any of the other tenants. Toilet downstairs. Kitchen , which is quite small but could be extended into very large front room. Long balcony leading out of front room which is back of house. Upstairs 3 bedrooms , 1 very long room ,could definitely be split into two bedrooms, 2nd bedroom is a double,3rd is smaller but cosy. Bathroom upstairs with another toilet, average size. Lovely large hallway very open. The area is a great location to get around London. We’re right in the heart , near old st station, shoreditch park which is currently being renovated and is looking amazing. Shops bus stop Right outside (394).
