My flat is in a 10 storey block. I am on the 7th floor. It is situated in Poole Town, just off Poole Quay. It has spectacular views of Poole Harbour right across to Sandbanks and Brownsea Island. The views are from the lounge and bedroom. The town centre is a 5 minute walk away with a fabulous shopping centre and high street. Poole train station is also in the town. Poole park is about a 15 minutes walk away with a lake and large cafe and mini railway. It is a beautiful place., and of course Poole Quay is just a stones throw away. The flat is very cosy and warm, it has a nice size lounge, with an enclosed balcony, with windows that open and slide to enjoy the good weather and views!! and a double bedroom. A wet room and separate W/C and a small kitchen. It has storage heaters which are very efficient. It is very quiet and safe here. There is a caretaker that takes care of the building and residents needs. The flat includes a spacious and dry shed on the ground floor.
