I have a 3 bedroom 1st floor maisonette, on the very edge of a housing estate. Plenty of road parking to observe your car from the living room. The kitchen is too small to have a table and chairs, but big enough for 2 people to work together whilst cooking meals. Living room is L shaped and the L shape holds the dinning area for the family as I have set up. 3 windows so very bright and airy . There is a cupboard to store ironing board hoover etc. Has lighting and power for any additional freezer required . Under stairs is large enough to store toys etc or a play area for little ones. Up stairs you a separate toilet and bathroom a storage cupboard as well. 3 bedrooms Largest is the same size as the living room area holds a King size bed and wardrobes with ease and still leaves adequate floor space. 2nd bedroom has a double fitted wardrobe and we have a double bed in there. 3rd bedroom is set up as a nursery...enough room for Single bed and bedroom furniture .
