I have a first and second floor 2 bedroom flat in a Georgian house just off Kennington road. Great links to central London by bus or tube. You can even walk to Westminster or Lambeth bridge in 10 minutes. All rooms are large, first floor comprises of separate bathroom and toilet, large kitchen and lounge. Second floor has 2 large bedrooms. Fully gas central heated. I love my flat and have looked after well. I’m retiring soon and would love to be closer to my daughter and three grand children. I would only consider a flat with a large balcony, a ground floor flat with a garden access or a small house. I will post photos tomorrow.
