I have on offer a 3 bedroom on paper house with Platform housing. Our house has dining room and seperate living room used as 4th bedroom, kitchen and utility room used as a fifth box bedroom, upstairs are 3 bedrooms and seperate toilet and bathroom. Massive back garden and a front garden. We live within 20min walk of Skegness beach and pier, local amusements, and fair ground with all the rides. We live a bus ride away from fantasy island again massive fair ground with rollercoasters. High school is literally across the road for my house and infants school is 5 min walk. Everything is Skegness is local and within walking distance. We are looking to move back to Wales to be closer to family. What we are looking for is a similar property to what we have as I have older children who need their own rooms. ideally a 4 bedroom with superset living room and dining room.
