My property is very large. A nice big opened planned living room/kitchen 2 decent sized bedrooms, main bedroom has its own built in wardrobe/cupboard. Also main bedroom has its own thermostat control panel to keep the heating seperate for both bedrooms. I’ve not long had the flooring done. Bedrooms have carpet, the rest is vinyl. This flat is on the 3rd floor. No lift access. These are wide stairs, so easy to move large items in and out. Don’t mind swapping with a two bedroom house, doesn’t have to be a 3, ideally would like a 3, so I don’t have 2 boys at war with each other 😄
