Will upload photos soon, 10 years old semi-detached home in great condition, recently re painted. 2 parking spaces, toilet up and down stairs. In a quiet small estate close to lots of amenities (supermarkets, bus stops, schools, cafes). Bus stop to Exeter is just up the road, takes 15 minutes to get into town or a ten minute drive. My partner works in Cornwall so hoping to move asap around Newquay area, but would consider any area as have grown up in the north and south of Cornwall, my daughter will be starting school this September, so hoping to be settled by then!
