Lovely 3 bedroom council house on caterham on the hill, front garden can be turned into a drive way if you wish, have a porch area for coats & shoes, very spacious livingroom & kitchen with dining area, have newly tiled the kitchen & new worktops ourselves, just had all new windows & doors throughout house, new boiler also, down stairs toilet have renewed ourselves, we have turned the outhouse into a utility room but can have it as you wish, new carpets & flooring throughout the whole house, 1 large spacious bedroom & 2 small bedrooms have turned the airing cupboard into a wardrobe, nice bathroom havent yet renewed it, 1 of the bedrooms has a built in wardrobe, loft has lighting in it, garden is perfect for a family for 5 has done us well for the 2 years we have been here but want to move closer to family in selsey.
