Very large ground floor flat in chantry close to a local shop two take always there’s a bus stop outside the flat which takes you directly into town asda coop Doctors surgery all in walking distance high school in eye sight ( not near the flat so you don’t get the traffic ) and two minutes away from a local nursery and primary school. The flats technically classed as a disability flat so it’s huge! Very lucky, really large bathroom which can be turned into a wet room if needed ( we haven’t needed to do this ) Large communal garden that no one else uses and a gated area out the back that can be locked. Animals are accepted here too. It’s a lovely area to live in and a lovely large spacious flat with plenty of storage neighbours are lovely aswell I have been here for 11 years but due to personal circumstances me and my daughter are now looking for a fresh start that we deserve.
