I live in a Hastoe housing 3 Bed semi detached property. Good size overall has down stairs wc. Own driveway parking for 2 Cars. Gas central heating. I’ve lived in this house 25+ years. I’m looking for a Bungalow or old style house but I need 3 beds as I have a lodger and also a disabled grand daughter who spends a lot of respite time with me. A garden of good size would be a plus. My property has good size rear and front garden. Good size Bedrooms 2 double and a medium sizes single room. House needs a lot of decorating, but would suit a person/couple wanting to improve. Quite cut de sac, nice neighbours all around. Laminate floor in lounge and hallway. New Carpet stairs and Landing. Lovely family home. Just tired now and in need of TLC! Rent is very reasonable council tax band C.
