I have a 4bed semi detached house in Bathgate,West Lothian - in middle of Edinburgh and Glasgow ( train station here) . Great town, great neighbours. On street parking Infront of house. Large front and back garden. Large rooms,new gas central heating and boiler fitted last year. 5mins from swim pool and sports centre,10 mins from main street. I've just been offered a place at DJCAD in Dundee so my family are happy to move. I'm looking for a 4bedroom swap preferably but will consider some 3 bedroom. I can drive so can be around up to 30 mins drive away from Dundee.I start in September, so looking to move around probably August time. I'm currently with West Lothian council and rent around £405 a month. One toilet ( not a new build house)-quiet street.
