I have a lovely 2 bed ground floor flat, large bedrooms, decent size kitchen but needs up dating , due in few yrs, shower over the bath, no allotted parking but always plenty . There are 3 fruit trees in the back garden, apple, cherry and plum, all enclosed and sole use, also a fish pond if wanted or can be filled in. Front garden is small lawn, with shared access to the back.
