Quiet cul-de-sac Pencoed. Close to shops leisure center schools etc. Ground floor nicely decorated maisonette. Quiet street lovely neighbours. New modern bathroom fitted. Gas central heating front and back garden, parking. Pets allowed. Would like to move to llantrisant or surrounding area as that is where I grew up and my sisters live nearby.
