Hi I have a ground flat with private front garden and a communal back garden your own shed and washingline. Very quite area and the neighbours are nice. Would suit someone who like the quite life. The property has had a lot of work to it from the garden been cleaned bushes took down and flat upstairs made a driveway next to there bit of garden the pic is the garden to the left that is your private garden the hedge to the right was the neighbours but now it's been turned into driveway. Pictures don't do it justice. It's situated on the corner of the close. Local walks to shops. Hinckley Town center 5 mins walk and the train station is only 2 mins walk away.. The road is mainly privately owned but that doesn't mean there not warm and welcoming.
