I have a 1 bedroom open plan modern flat build around 2017. It is in a small building of just 6 flats. The flat is well laid out and very economical on energy bills. The is a large entrance space that also has an inbuilt cupboard, bathroom with over bath shower, L shaped double bedroom and large open plan lounge and kitchen. We have a private car park with parking for around 12 cars and a well maintained communal garden which is looked after by another resident. The building is on a no through road so is very quiet. There are regular buses to the city nearby and good road links. Close to all amenities and shops.
